Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@zovelle.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-returnable items
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
